Linda's racing career started as a Trophy Queen and advanced to Vice President of Public Relations for Hurst Industries. Initially she was known as 'Miss Hurst Shifter' and 'The First Lady of Motor Racing', but was also known as 'Miss Atlanta Raceway', 'Miss Firebird' and 'Miss Hurst'.
Blessed with super model looks and a 'pin-up' body, Linda made the silver screen in 'Gumball Rally' and 'Stoker Ace'. Linda was a crowd favourite at NHRA, Indycar, NASCAR and Formula One races and was inducted into the NHRA 'Hall of Fame' in 2000. Her iconic 'Stars and Stripes' outfit was designed and sewn by her mother Mae Vaughn Jeffcoat.
